SICEPAT
SiCepat is one of the delivery services available at Chewee. You can choose the type of delivery service provided such as Regular Service, Next-day Service, Cargo Service (SiCepat Gokil) and SiCepat Halu (Economy).
Terms and Conditions of Shipping with SiCepat
- The SICEPAT delivery package in Chewee consists of three options, namely Regular Service, Cargo (SiCepat Gokil) and BEST (Tomorrow Until Destination).
- The SICEPAT weight rounding scheme can be seen in the following table:
- Calculation of kilograms is based on weight or volumetric weight (taking the heaviest). The volumetric calculation formula is (Length x Width x Height) / 6000. For example, a package has a volume of 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm. Then the calculation of the weight is 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm divided by 6,000 = 20.83 Kg, rounded up to 21 Kg.
- SICEPAT will only transport documents or goods on the terms and conditions that apply at SICEPAT.
- SICEPAT reserves the right to refuse or accept certain transportation documents or items from the sender, in accordance with the provisions contained in SICEPAT.
- SICEPAT reserves the right to carry documents or goods belonging to the sender using suitable handling, storage and transportation in accordance with SICEPAT’s policies.
- Documents or goods packaged by the sender are the responsibility of the sender.
- SICEPAT is not responsible for any loss or damage to documents or imperfections in the packaging of goods caused by the sender.
- It is the responsibility of the sender to include the full name and address of the delivery destination, the type or content of the document or consignment so that delivery can be carried out correctly.
- SICEPAT is not responsible for delays, losses, damages and costs arising from the negligence and error of the sender in fulfilling the obligations above.
J&T
J&T is another option for the delivery services available at Chewee. You can choose the type of delivery service provided such as J&T EZ and J&T JND .

Terms of Delivery Service
The sender must pack the package properly to protect package content during transportation. If a loss arises due to improper packaging, the loss is the responsibility of the sender.
The weight used as a reference in billing is original weight or dimensional weight which has greater value. If there is a weight addition caused by the additional packaging process carried out by J&T Express, then the billing reference is weight after repackaging.
The sender must notify clearly and correctly the contents and value of the package. Incorrect information regarding this matter is entirely the responsibility of the sender.
J&T Express prohibits the delivery of items such as bodies or it parts, live or dead animals, drugs, weapons, ammunition, other combustible materials, high-value art items, securities, money, precious metals, high-value jewelry or the like and items prohibited by applicable law in Indonesia based on the ’45 Constitution.
J&T Express has the right but is not obliged to inspect package contents to ensure that the goods sent do not violate applicable laws. If without the knowledge of J&T Express, the sender sends items that are prohibited in point 4, the sender hereby releases J&T Express from all damage or other costs and at the demands of any party.
In the shipping process, J&T Express does not guarantee that the entire process will proceed smoothly and properly, caused by events that may arise beyond the ability of J&T Express in the area through which J&T Express transportation passes.
The sender is responsible for protecting the package with adequate insurance and bearing the applicable premium costs. Compensation for goods insured is in accordance with the insurance provisions that apply to J&T Express. If the sender does not use insurance, the payment of the replacement cost for the lost or damaged items, the maximum is 10 x (ten times) the shipping cost or the lowest value of the goods taken, the maximum of replacement value is Rp.1.000.000 (one million Rupiah). Especially for document shipments, the maximum reimbursement value is IDR 100.000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). If the sender use insurance, the payment of the replacement cost for the lost or damaged items, the maximum of replacement value is IDR 20.000.000 (Twenty million Rupiah). Especially for document shipments, the maximum reimbursement value is IDR 2.000.000 (Two million rupiah).
J&T Express will not provide compensation to the sender as a result of events or things that are beyond the control ability of J&T Express or damage due to natural disasters (Force Majeure).
If there is no complaint from the recipient when the package is delivered, then the package is deemed to have been received properly and correctly.
Complaints / claims for loss or damage must be submitted by the sender (not the recipient) no later than 3 (three) days from the receipt of the item along with the related documents.
In addition to the agreement or terms and conditions written on this receipt, J&T Express cannot be prosecuted and burdened with an agreement or other legal basis except with a written agreement approved by the person in charge of J&T Express authorized.
When submitting goods to J&T Express, the sender is deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions of delivery stated in this receipt without any coercion from any party, and free J&T Express from all claims or forms of compensation.

PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik’s delivery working days are Monday – Saturday.
For each item to be sent, PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik has the right to receive information from the sender regarding the contents of the goods. Likewise, the sender must inform the contents of the package of goods sent clearly and in detail.
For shipments that do not match the description of the contents of the goods listed in the PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik receipt, the sender is responsible for the consequences caused by the goods sent.
Due to one reason or another, PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik has the right, without the sender’s consent, to open the package if there are suspicious indications regarding the contents of the shipment.
The sum insured for shipments is up to IDR 199,999, the sum insured is borne by PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik. For sums insured ranging from Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 9,999,999, the sum insured will be borne by the sender as determined by PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik, which is 0.5% of the sum insured. The maximum sum insured per receipt to Singapore is IDR 2,999,999.
PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik cannot be held responsible if there is damage/loss/indication of being confiscated by the airport for goods that are categorized as prohibited goods as referred to in points 1 and 2 in the category of prohibited goods even though the shipment has been insured by the sender.
PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik has the right and without the consent of the sender to use any means of transportation in sending packages.
Coli is the number of units of goods sent.
The maximum weight per coli is 50 kg. For Singapore destination maximum weight per koli is 30 Kg.
The calculation of kilograms is based on weight or volumetric weight (the heaviest one is taken). The volumetric calculation formula is: (Length x Width x Height) / 6,000. The formula for shipping to Singapore is: (Length x Width x Height) / 5,000
PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik only accepts and delivers goods based on the number of boxes, not based on the amount of content inside. If there is a loss of the inner contents without any damage to the outer packaging, PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik is not responsible for this deficiency.
Packages with categories of goods that are easily damaged, breakable, electronics and the like are required to use wooden packing.
PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik is not responsible and disengages from involvement in losses if problems occur that are beyond the control of PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik such as:
Force majeure such as riots and natural disasters;
Fires and floods;
Wars, piracy, terrorists, and similar incidents;
The occurrence of detention or confiscation as well as the destruction of certain types of consignment goods by authorized government agencies (customs, quarantine, prosecutors and other agencies);
The chaos that occurred in land, sea, and air networks;
The occurrence of technical errors from flights or shipping resulting in non-material losses.
If the sender / receiver violates the applicable legal provisions (C.Q. DEPARPOSTEL) in the territory of Indonesia, then PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik is not responsible for violations committed by the sender.

Types of goods prohibited by air refer to Ministerial Regulation No. PM 90 Year 2013 November 19 2013 and IATA (International Air Transport Association) are dangerous goods that can be in the form of liquid / solid / gas which can endanger health, life safety and property as well as aviation safety and security, consisting of:

Corrosive objects.

DEFINITION
TIKI is PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat and its entire network engaged in the Delivery Service business based on a valid Agreement using the “TIKI” Trademark.
SHIPPING is all forms of goods/packages, documents or letters sent via TIKI.
SENDER is an individual or business entity/company whose identity is listed/written in the TIKI DELIVERY RECEIPT that sends SHIPMENTS via TIKI to the RECIPIENT.
RECIPIENT is an individual or business entity/company whose identity is listed/written on the SHIPPING RECEIPT as RECIPIENT OF SHIPMENT.
VALUABLE SHIPMENTS (Special Items) are types of SHIPMENTS that must be insured with an Insurance Company that cooperates with TIKI.
KAHAR is any event, circumstance/condition or incident that occurs beyond TIKI’s ability, power or control and such event, circumstance/condition or event impedes, impedes or delays TIKI in carrying out its obligations to carry out delivery services. Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disaster situations, floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, lightning, rebellions, riots, riots, wars or military actions, fires, embargoes, strikes, sabotages, unavailability of electricity, disruption of telecommunications networks and/or the issuance of decisions, policies, regulations or the implementation of an action by the authorities which impedes, impedes or directly delays the implementation of a Party’s obligations under this Agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TIKI SHIPPING
SENDERS are prohibited from entering prohibited SHIPMENTS containing the following:
Explosive or flammable dangerous goods or goods prohibited from shipping under aviation regulations, illegal drugs, goods which according to the authorities are prohibited from being produced and distributed.
Valuable goods and securities in the form of: Gold jewelry, silver, jewelry, cash, ashes, cyanide, platinum, and precious stones or metals, Cash checks, Bilyet Giro, money orders or traveler’s checks, antiques, antique paintings.
Other items that exceed the declare value and/or other items determined at TIKI’s discretion.
Items that are prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of detention, confiscation or destruction of SHIPMENTS by the authorities including but not limited to: Customs, Quarantine, Police, Prosecutor’s Office and other authorized agencies, which cause damage, loss or reduction of SHIPMENTS is not the responsibility of TIKI and TIKI is not can be sued and released from the responsibility of returning SHIPPING and shipping costs in part or in whole.
If the SENDER sends a prohibited SHIPPING according to point 1 (one), the SENDER is legally responsible for bearing all risks and other costs incurred as a result of the violation committed.
The SENDER must provide complete and correct information to TIKI about the contents of the SHIPMENT which is stated at the time of delivery and the TIKI officer will fill it out according to the SENDER’s statement.
The SENDER guarantees that the person concerned is the legal owner and/or entitled to the SHIPMENT submitted to TIKI to be sent to the address specified by the SENDER.
TIKI has the right to check the conformity between the contents of the SHIPMENT and the statement submitted by the SENDER regarding the contents of the SHIPMENT. TIKI has the right to refuse if discrepancies are found between the statement on the contents of the SHIPMENT and the actual physical content of the SHIPMENT or the SHIPMENT is suspected to endanger public safety resulting in legal consequences for TIKI.
The SENDER’s statement is an acknowledgment that is trusted by TIKI and binds the SENDER. If on that day and/or at a later date there is a problem that causes damage to the SHIPPING and it turns out that the contents of the SHIPPING are not in accordance with the SENDER’s acknowledgment, then the SENDER is legally responsible for the SHIPPING damage that is not in accordance with the SENDER’s acknowledgment and without prejudice to TIKI’s right to take legal remedies for incorrect information that has been given by the SENDER.
TIKI has the right to refuse to transport SHIPMENTS, if the SHIPMENTS are suspected to endanger public safety resulting in legal consequences for TIKI.
That in the event that there are problems in the future that arise from the SENDER’s incorrect statement regarding the contents of the SHIPMENT and result in TIKI being found guilty by the Court, then the SENDER is legally responsible for bearing the decision along with the costs incurred by TIKI
JNE
JNE is another option for the delivery services available at Chewee. You can choose the type of delivery service provided such as JNE REG and JNE YES.

STANDARD SHIPPING TERMS
By submitting documents and/or goods to be sent by JNE, the Sender is deemed to have received and
agreed to all the terms and conditions that became the Standard JNE Shipping Terms as stated
referred to below (hereinafter referred to as SSP):
1. Definition
1.1 PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) is a company whose activities include providing delivery/delivery services for documents and/or goods.
1.2 Cash Basis is a payment system for Delivery Services that applies at the beginning of the provision of Delivery Services.
1.3 Consignment Note, hereinafter referred to as Connote, is a proof of transaction and payment sheet.
1.4 Shipments are documents and/or goods sent by Sender via JNE.
1.5 The sender is a user of JNE services for the delivery of goods or documents that has ownership rights to the shipment as long as the shipment has not been handed over to the recipient.
1.6 Recipient is the party receiving the Shipment from Sender.
1.7 Postpaid is a payment system that applies at the end of each month providing Delivery Services.
1.8 Delivery Service is a service for delivery/delivery of documents and/or goods carried out by JNE at the request of a sender.
1.9 Standard Shipping Terms or “SSP” are standard terms which are binding and form part of
which is an integral part of the agreement between JNE and the sender.
1.10 Force Majeure is the condition referred to in Point 10.
1.11 Calendar Days are Monday through Sunday throughout the year, including holidays and
National holiday.
1.12 Business Day is a day, other than Saturday, Sunday or national holidays in Indonesia, where commercial banks are open for public business in Jakarta.
1.13 Shipping Rates are fees paid by the Sender for Delivery Services (including taxes) determined by JNE as stated on the official JNE website page or other media determined by JNE.
2. Provisions Regarding Standard Shipping Terms
2.1. All transactions in connection with Delivery Services are carried out based on terms and conditions
regulated in this SSP and the applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
2.2. JNE Delivery Services consist of:
2.2.1 Delivery Service based on the payment system.
JNE Delivery Services based on the payment system are divided into
Cash Basis Delivery Service and Postpaid Delivery Service.
2.2.2 Delivery Service based on delivery period.
JNE Delivery Service is based on the delivery period in accordance with the standards set by JNE.
2.3. Delivery Service based on the delivery timeframe will be subject to the distance, availability and support facilities from the origin of the shipment to the delivery destination.
2.4. Other provisions that have not been regulated in this SSP will be made and regulated in a separate agreement in writing.
3. Shipping Procedures
3.1 Delivery services can be carried out through the JNE shipping office or JNE agent or by picking up at the sender’s place on a calendar day subject to the operating hours of the JNE office and shipping agent.
3.2 JNE has the right to transport documents and/or goods to be sent through the routes, methods, procedures and agent network owned by JNE.
3.3 Every shipment that has been made by JNE will be proven by Connote.
4. Inspection of Shipments
4.1. In shipping JNE has the right to:
4.1.1 Check the conformity between the contents of the shipment and the information submitted by the sender regarding the contents of the shipment.
4.1.2 Examine and assess the feasibility of the Shipment packaging.
4.1.3 Reject shipments that are assessed by JNE as not having proper packaging in accordance with JNE’s standard policies and applicable laws and regulations.
4.1.4 Reject shipments which do not match between the statement of the contents of the shipment and the physical contents of the shipment.
4.2. JNE is not responsible for the contents of the shipment that do not match the information provided by the sender.

Submissions obtained and/or used for unlawful purposes.
4.3. The sender is responsible for the security of the shipment packaging in accordance with applicable security standards.
4.4. The sender must include complete and correct Sender and Recipient data information on the package of the shipment (name, address, city, district, village, zip code and telephone number).
4.5. The sender and JNE agree that if there are losses due to loss and/or damage while the shipment is in the custody of Customs or other authorized officials, this is solely the responsibility of the sender. In this regard, the Sender hereby releases JNE from liability
4.6. The sender releases JNE in the event of delay, loss, damage and/or costs arising from the negligence and mistakes of the sender in fulfilling its obligations above.
5. Prohibited Submissions
5.1. JNE does not accept shipments that are prohibited as regulated in this SSP, unless specifically stipulated and
separate from the SSP.
5.2. JNE does not accept and has the right to refuse delivery of shipments that are prohibited under JNE provisions and applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia, such as: explosive dangerous goods or
burning, narcotics, psychotropics, firearms, sharp weapons, gold, stamps, stolen goods, checks, giro slips, cash, money orders, traveler’s checks, objects that violate decency and/or other items that according to
legislation declared as prohibited goods.
5.3. The sender releases JNE in the event of losses and/or costs incurred including lawsuits, which result from the negligence and mistakes of the sender arising from not complying with the provisions in points 5.1 and 5.2.
5.4. JNE has the right to take any steps deemed necessary, as soon as it becomes aware of a violation of this point.
6. Guarantee of Shipment Ownership
6.1 The Sender guarantees that the Sender is the legal owner and/or authorized for the Shipments submitted to JNE.
6.2 The sender guarantees that the shipments submitted to JNE are not among the prohibited shipments as referred to in point 5 herein.
6.3 The Sender releases JNE from any party’s claims for violation of the Guarantee of Shipment ownership.
7. Tariff JNE has the right to charge Shipping Rates for Delivery Services.
8. Insurance
8.1. Goods or documents that have a price/value of more than 10 (ten) times the shipping cost are advised to be insured by the sender.
8.2. Calculation of the premium value and claims for goods or documents sent are regulated separately from this SSP.
8.3. Insurance is only given by JNE based on instructions from the Sender to JNE in writing.
9. Compensation
9.1. JNE is responsible for compensating for losses suffered by the Sender as a result
delays, damage, loss or errors in the delivery of Shipments arising from JNE’s negligence.
9.2. Without prejudice to other provisions stipulated in the SSP, JNE is not responsible for any loss of consequences arising from the events mentioned above, which include and
without being limited to commercial, financial and other indirect losses including losses incurred in transportation or delivery caused by things that
beyond JNE’s control capabilities or other indirect losses including damage due to force majeure and other causes that occur beyond JNE’s control.
9.3. Guarantee of compensation for damage, loss or errors in delivery of shipments which are proven to be the result of JNE’s negligence and errors, a maximum of 10 (ten) times the shipping rate for domestic shipments or a maximum of 100 USD for international shipments except insured shipments.
9.4. Guarantees to provide compensation for late shipments can only be given to YES and/or Super Speed service users.
9.5. Guarantee of compensation for delays in Shipments by using YES and/or Super Speed services in sending Shipments that are proven to be the result of negligence and
JNE’s error is in the form of returning the Shipping Rate to the Sender.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. For the purposes of this SSP, force majeure means any event, circumstance/condition, or event that occurs beyond JNE’s ability, power, or reasonable control and is not caused by the fault of the Party, and the event, condition/condition or incident impedes, hinders, or delay JNE in carrying out its obligations to carry out Delivery Services. force majeure events including but not limited to the following natural disasters, such as floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, or lightning, rebellion, riots, riots, war (whether declared or not) , or military action, Fire, Embargo, Strike, Sabotage, unavailability of electric power, Disruption to the telecommunication network and/or issuance of decisions, policies, regulations, or the implementation of an action, by the competent authorities which impedes, obstructs, or directly delays the implementation obligations of a Party under this Agreement.
10.2. In the event of a force majeure event, JNE will notify the sender in writing since the occurrence of the force majeure event and in every case, as long as JNE can do so, using efforts
11. Claim Procedures
11.1 Claims for Shipments can only be submitted by the Shipper.
11.2 Submission of claims follows all provisions regulated by JNE including but not limited to the documents required in submitting claims.
11.3 The maximum time limit for submitting a claim is no later than 14 (fourteen) Calendar Days from the date the shipment is supposed to be received.
11.4 Submission of a claim will not be processed if it is more than 14 (fourteen) Calendar Days since the Shipment was supposed to be received.
12. Laws and Settlements Settlement of Disputes over Delivery Services and SSP was resolved through the District Court in West Jakarta
13. Others JNE is a registered member of ASPERINDO (Association of Indonesian National Goods Delivery and Delivery Companies), Airline Agent and is subject to the provisions that apply specifically to POS Operators.
